The steps in our process

Our process comes in stages. At every stage, our team is available to update you on your project to make sure you are completely satisfied with the result.

  1. Step 1: Our initial consultation
    It all starts with our initial consultation. Free of charge, we will come to your home and discuss your dream garden. This allows us to discover your likes and dislikes, along with your budget and timeline expectations.
  2. Steps 2 and 3: Design and survey
    The next steps consist of our design process and the garden survey. We provide multiple designs complete with sketches, CAD designs and mood boards to ensure we can achieve your vision. Once the design is finalised, we conduct a garden survey, taking detailed dimensions and producing a survey drawing to scale.
  3. Step 4: Sourcing of materials
    Once we have put the finishing touches on the design, we will source the materials. We liaise with tradesmen, obtain quotes, and source materials such as mulch, lighting, irrigation and more. Materials of the highest quality are important to create a harmonious garden.
  4. Steps 5 and 6: Design plan and construction plan
    After the designs are finalised and the materials are sourced, a design plan with specific construction details will be produced. A blueprint is created, allowing our building contractors to cost the scheme, and consequently begin the new construction in your garden.
  5. Steps 7 and 8: Creation and execution of the planting plan
    Once the construction is completed, the space will require the life that plants and flowers bring! We create a planting plan, assessing what will complement your new outdoor space. We will source the materials, plant them and put the finishing touches to your garden.
